✔️No smoking indoors.

✔️Parties or events are not allowed.

✔️Pets are not allowed.

✔️Quiet time is 15:00-17:30 and 23:00 - 7:00.

✔️Do not take house towels to the beach.

✔️Make use of the 2 outside water faucets to avoid getting sand inside.

✔️Do not leave left over food in the fridge after checking out.

✔️Try to leave the house generally as you found it.

✔️Place all your trash, including leftover  food, in the provided garbage bags.

✔️Do not operate all major appliances at once (clima /kitchen /washer etc.). Danger to cause overload!

✔️Hot water is 24/7 and solar powered.

✔️In the rare case of lack of hot water, you can turn on the water heater from the top right switch on the electrical board (left as you enter the house). Remember to switch it off afterwards, as it may damage the solar heater!

✔️General cleaning products and garbage bags are provided in the laundry room.

✔️In the laundry room, you can find a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. as well as a clothes hanger.

✔️There is a small grocery store just 50m from the property, along with a butcher. You can find larger supermarkets in Nea Peramos and Nea Iraklitsa (Lidl, Masoutis, Gountsidis).
